Frank Li graduated from the World-Wide Shipping Company Seaman Training School in 1970 and joined his first World-Wide vessel in 1971 as Deck Trainee. Frank obtained his Master's License in 1982, and after serving over 18 years on general cargo vessels, car carriers and bulk carriers up to 200,000 DWT, he came ashore in 1989 to join Sunscot.

During his years with Sunscot, Frank has expanded his knowledge of the industry through completion of courses in vessel sale and purchase, chartering and the legal aspects of transportation at sea. He has also completed a number of ISM and STCW training courses and is Sunscot's Designated Person for the company's ISM compliance program. Frank is experienced in working with different nationalities and has traveled extensively for Sunscot throughout the world.
