When vessels are placed under our control for technical management our clients recieve up-to-date schedules of maintenance and repair works and costs, and a running calendar showing the current status of all inspections and surveys.

We firmly believe a proper program of maintenance and repair is paramount to the efficient operation of any ship. Moreover preventative maintenance is the most effective method of reducing the amount of non-earning time when a vessel is out of service.

Sunscot's technical staff are constantly monitoring vessel operations to ensure required maintenance and repair programs are carried out in a timely manner, and to assist our managed vessels in any other function where the experience of our technical staff can be of use.
